Hey, I’m Vic, a working artist based in Los Angeles.
I grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia and gained my BFA in Professional Photographic Illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology. During my time at RIT, I trained under creative powerhouses like Susan McWhinney, Denis Defibaugh, Doug Manchee, and Clay Patrick McBride.
From there, I became a photographer, lighting director, and assistant; I focus on environmental and studio imagery. I’ve been blessed to have on-set experience with industry professionals such as Peter B. Kaplan, Jonathan Pushnik, Sam Cannon, Ryan Jenq, and Amber Estherpeace Doerr.
I was born and raised by two professional musicians so I grew up with a passion for music. This passion informs my creativity. I've had the opportunity to make imagery of a number of talented musicians and artists, including but not limited to Klypi, Paint It Black, The Menzingers, Joyce Manor, Bomb the Music Industry!, Plow United, and Spraynard. I also have some pretty cool iPhone pics of T-Pain.
When I’m not shooting, I spend way too much time in HomeGoods. I recharge my creative battery by going on hikes with my beloved rescue dog, Frankie; and I destress by way of cooking, baking, embroidery, painting, reading, and screaming into the ocean.
